Help Anita and Isaiah - Fight Cancer & MedExpenses

Donation protected
Anita and Isaiah have been together for 12 years and got engaged two years ago. They are in love and dream of a long and happy life together. Anita is the mother of Salvador, Victoria, and Isacc. Health costs are excruciatingly high in this country and any money you give will go to help pay medical expenses and expenses to the continued fight. It has been a long fight and it's not over. Please consider giving to a cause that will truly mean a lot to these two people.

Anita is fighting Stage 4 Colon Cancer.  When she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, they found it metastasized to her kidney and liver and determined she needed a hysterectomy, kidney removed,  and her colon resectioned all at once. They gave her 3 weeks to prepare for all three procedures to take place at once.  She was in the hospital for a week, it took at least 3 months to recover from those surgeries. She was over 200 lbs at the end of 2017, down to approx 150 in July 2018, she's now 106 lb.
When she was 1st diagnosed she was working full time at Qdoba, while having just taken on working part time at Einstein Bros to help her mother pay her rent, 50-60hrs total. Her diagnoses and surgery recovery led to her being off work for months. She's been on Medicaid. While Anita wanted to go back to work,  to continue coverage of her health expenses,  the program wouldn't allow her to work more than 1-3 days a week.  She loves the restaurant industry,  but the cancer with covid,  prevented her from working at all.
Isaiah's place of employment, Xanterra travel collection, was basically full time,  but has been reduced hourly, largely due to covid this year,  so finances have been tight.

Message from Isaiah:
"I've searched desperately for answers and found the damage chemo does often outweighs the positive.  We've tried and researched so many different methods. I discovered chrisbeatcancer.com, which is a holistic approach, and after countless hours and days, more research,  I pitched the idea to Anita,  and her retired mom,  who was looking after her while I worked.
We both became vegan, I wanted to be on the journey with her as much as possible.
At first she avoided chemo,  but in early 2019 began low dose chemo while doing her best to stick to the holistic coaching plan via chrisbeatcancer.com at the same time. At her oncology clinic in Golden,  they believed in a holistic approach as well as chemo. Things were going well.  She eventually switched to UC health, where they strictly were about chemo,  surgery or radiation,  they increased the chemo to full dosage. It was really hard and took its toll.
Anita has always preferred immunotherapy which is another cancer treatment method,  but they don't accept insurance. They have clinics in AZ, the price is outrageous,  and they don't accept insurance.
Mistletoe therapy is another approach that she is open to, while pricey, there are clinics in the denver,  boulder area. Her UC health oncologists which have always told her that she can't recover from heart condition   are pushing hospice.
She's been bedridden the past week or two... and in extreme pain. Desperately trying to implement other methods of treatment to avoid hospice,  it's probably going to be 10s of  thousands of dollars, at least if we get her to immunotherapy in AZ. She has two consultations with two different clinics on 8/13 and 8/18 but they have to treat Anita from her mom's place since she's been bedridden and it's too painful for her to drive anywhere too far.
First order is to get her strength back,  pain reduced,  and walking again She's barely eating. Get pain meds and cancer,  leave her without an appetite.
A physician told me to see about getting her weed to get her appetite back and help with pain/nausea.
She's been off chemo for a couple of months now at least.
She's heavily on pain meds, i.e opiods, etc.
I'm not giving up.
Her sons used to get her edibles from the dispensary which helped with the nausea and pain, but they'd make her high which she didn't like.
When we first met in May 2007, it was pretty much love at 1st sight, we talked and hung out all the time, and have been together ever since. "

Let's show Anita and Isaiah that they are not alone at this difficult time.
