Help Animalcouriers help Ukrainian pets and owners

I'm Denise Trevellyan and I'm raising money to support Animalcouriers in their amazing efforts to help Ukrainian pets and Ukrainian pet owners.

 

Animalcouriers is an experienced, professional pet transport company. Moved by the plight of Ukrainians fleeing their homeland with their pets, they want to do whatever they can to help.

 

They're offering free transport by road to the UK from Poland and other countries bordering Ukraine for pets whose owners have fled Ukraine and are allowed to relocate to the UK. Animalcouriers can also deliver Ukrainian family pets to other selected destinations in Europe free of charge.

 

The company's brilliant couriers are giving their time for free. Animalcouriers is making their specially fitted-out vans available at no charge, and paying for couriers' accommodation and other expenses en route.

Funtik the Chinchilla was their first passenger, and further Ukrainian pets have since travelled with them. More trips are already planned.

 

To help Animalcouriers make as many of these vital trips as possible, they need funding to cover regular van servicing (to keep pets and couriers safe) and fuel costs (we all know how expensive petrol and diesel have become).

 

As well as collecting Ukrainian family pets, Animalcouriers takes pet food and other pet supplies to help local organisations and charities like Viva! in Warsaw who are providing food and care to Ukrainian pets as they cross the border. 

 

I've set an ambitious fundraising target and would ask you to please donate whatever you can to help Animalcouriers carry out this incredible work. We all know our pets are part of our family, so let's do whatever we can to help Ukrainians keep and be reunited with their pets, and to help Ukrainian rescue organisations do the best they can for the animals left behind.
