My daughter A’Nighja is a freshman at Howard University in Washington, DC, where she is working hard to achieve her dream of becoming a pediatric nurse. She graduated high school with an impressive 3.8 GPA and has already made the Dean’s List at Howard. Her dedication to her studies and her passion for helping others truly set her apart, and I am so proud of everything she has accomplished so far.

Unfortunately, scholarships didn’t come through for semester 2, and we now face a tuition and room and board balance that must be paid for A’Nighja to enroll in her fall classes. She has worked so hard to get to this point, and it would mean the world to her—and to our family—for her to continue her education without interruption. Supporting A’Nighja now will help her stay at the school she loves and keep her on track to achieve her goal of becoming a nurse in her desired time frame.
