Hello, my name is Lyla Khan. I am a close family friend to the Kalloub family and I’m organizing this GFM for Ania Kalloub who’s seeking help to evacuate her, her 5 children & husband to safety.

Ania is a Palestinian mother who lost everything during this “war”. She lost her beloved home & everything around her became rubble. This forced her & her children to be displaced several times.

She is now currently displaced in Rafah (South Gaza) living in a thin tent with her family of 7 ! The living conditions are freezing cold & worsening by the day. There is little to no food or water for the family to survive on & they are fighting starvation.

In addition to the horrible living conditions, the family also fears the random bombardments at any given time. Ania fears for all of her children’s lives. All she wants is for her children to be safe & out of harms way. There are no safe spaces in Gaza.

“close your eyes & imagine losing one of your children at anytime, please put yourself in my situation” Ania says.

To evacuate Gaza to Egypt, it is $5000 per adult & $2500 per child. This GFM fund will go towards the evacuation of all 7 family members as well as food and aid to help them survive on their journey. As well as any fees that may occur.
