My name is Victoria and pictured here is Miss Anisette - Ani for short. She is 7 years old, loves getting belly rubs, doing torpedoes in a wide open field, jumping on the bed for cuddles, and giving lots of kisses. Unfortunately, torpedoes and jumps have not been possible lately as she is in need of a cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) repair on BOTH knees (in humans this ligament is known as our ACL). There are a variety of surgeries available to repair this ligament, but the most effective and fastest return to full function is, of course, the most expensive.

As I'm sure most of you can relate, a dog becomes much more than a pet. They become an integral part of your family. Watching Ani struggle to walk, sit, and relieve herself is so sad to see. Although she is getting older, she has more years in her and needs this surgery to get back to living a dog's life. Anything you can give counts and is greatly appreciated!
