Hey beautiful people,

Nine months ago, while deep-sea freediving in French Polynesia, I survived a shark attack that left my left arm severely injured. In the chaos, I lost all my freediving gear—my wetsuit was torn apart by the bite and later cut off in the hospital to save my life. My fins and the rest of my equipment were lost to the ocean.

The ocean has always been the lifeblood of my passion, and after months of recovery, I finally have the strength to return to diving. But to do that, I need help replacing the gear that was lost.

People often ask why I’d want to go back after what happened. The answer is simple—one doesn’t fear the thing they love most. The ocean is a part of me, and nothing will change that.
