Angkham Phaimavong is a dedicated farmer in Wailua whose life was turned upside down by the historic flooding caused by the Kona Low storms. He has spent years cultivating sugar cane, bananas, and flowers, but the extreme flooding destroyed all of his crops and left his land buried under mud. The storm didn’t just take away his livelihood—it also flooded his home, leaving everything inside ruined. While the structure of his house still stands, it is barely livable, and he has not yet been able to fully assess the damage because the mud remains thick across his property.

The funds raised here will go directly toward helping Angkham with his most urgent needs. He faces the daunting task of cleaning up his home and farmland, replacing essential farming tools, and covering daily living expenses as he works to recover. Every bit of support will help him take the next step toward rebuilding his life and restoring his farm.
