Hello my name is Angie my good friend is going through a very rough time. Last year in July she had a surgery on her hand that did not heal. She continued to tell the doctors and begged them to check it, It stayed swollen and in pain but they kept telling her it was healing and she would be ok. She finally went to her Pain Specialist after being given the wrong round and in pain for 6 month and a swollen had to the point she could not even open a door and the made her a appointment for a MRI which showed she had a infection. They sent her back to the doctor that did the surgery and the office told them that he had retired. So the Primary doctor got her a referal to a new Specialist. All this time she is in pain and swollen. They sent her back to get another MRI this time with contrast which she has to pay $100 for and it show once again infection.

Finally the doctors became frustrated and sent her back insisting on a Bone Scan. When the bone scan came back it showed Osteomyelitis a serious infection when bacteria infect your bone marrow. The doctor told her she needed immediate surgery. All those months this what has happened.

Help is needed for her medicine . She loses her medical through her job May1st. After sugery she has to go home 6 weeks with intravenous antibiotics.

A nurse will have to come in. I feel so bad for her . On top of that one of the doctors was injecting her wrong medication.
