Help Angie Kick Cancer!! #angiestrong

Angie has been one of my best friends for close to 20 years, a sister I never had, and basically a second mother to my kiddos! She is mom to 2 young men, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a niece, a cousin, a friend, a co-worker, and she loves her job working with students. She loves to spend time with her family, recently started golfing, and during the summer months she can be found in her garden!

 

Angie was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 colorectal cancer.  *Updated Treatment Plan*  Angie will start her treatment with chemo 3 days/week for 4 months. Then, she will have chemo and radiation 5 days/week for 6 weeks. Up next, she will have her surgery and then finish up with a possible 6 weeks of chemo. Her treatments will begin the week of September 27th.  While Angie undergoes treatments she will not be able to work. Chris will also be taking time off during these treatments to be there for her and to be her travel companion while commuting back and forth.

 

Angie, Chris, and their boys have always been of great support to others in need. Please help us in supporting them during this time! With your help they can focus on what is most important...Angie’s path to recovery...without having to worry financially. Thank you so much!
