Cancer. What do you say to your best friend who's been diagnosed with cancer?

I want to help. Help this incredible human being, Angela Gillespie, in fighting cancer.

March came roaring in like a lion-a cancer lion. After a CT scan, Endoscopy & Colonoscopy they found a tumor in her colon & a tumor in her ovary. A biopsy concluded the mass in her colon is adenocarcinoma and it's an aggressive, fast-spreading cancer. The tumor in her ovary is suspicious but not yet diagnosed.

This feels all too surreal for Angie and her family. Two years ago, her 18-year-old daughter Corrin was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma-cancer of the bone & had her right foot amputated. By the Grace of God, Corrin is doing well & thriving. So now Corrin, Angie's husband Brian & their 13-year-old son David are battling cancer once again, but this time for their beloved Wife & Mother. No one fights cancer alone & their family has to endure this nightmare again.

Angie & Brian travel to Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, March 9th, to meet with Oncology & Gynecology at the Mayo Clinic. Angie knows her future includes surgeries, chemotherapy with multiple trips & indefinite stays at Mayo with her husband by her side.

To know Angie is to love her! She's an incredible encaustic artist & talented designer. She loves to bake. Her cakes & cookies are as delicious as they look & she's creative in the kitchen with healthy recipes. Angie is an animal lover! From her dogs to the birds & many squirrels, she feeds in the backyard. Did I mention she's also the kindest-hearted, caring person? With a quirky, fun personality! To know her is to love her.
