My Sister-In-Law Angelyn “Angie” Carter a mother of three just found out that she has breast cancer and needs to undergo treatment quickly. Her husband Charles (my brother) is working hard trying his best to save up for the cost ahead but can only do so much.  Angie will be traveling to California in a couple of weeks for surgery and treatment and will be there for three months while she leaves her family on Guam.
