Help Angie Enjoy Her 8th Grade Trip ❤️

Hello everyone,

My name is Melanie Cohen, and I’ve had the privilege of being Angie’s school counselor for the past three years.

I’m creating this GoFundMe for Angie, one of the sweetest, most thoughtful, and hardworking students I’ve ever known. Angie has been in foster care since last year, yet despite the challenges she’s faced, she shows up to school every day with a positive attitude, a big heart, and a smile that brightens the room. She is always thinking about others and has the kind of personality that makes everyone around her feel supported and included.

This year, our 8th grade students are going on a four-day field trip to New York and Pennsylvania, and we are so excited that Angie is able to join us. This trip is something she truly deserves — a chance to explore new places, make memories with her classmates, and simply enjoy being a kid.

We are hoping to raise funds to help Angie with:

Spending money for the trip so she can fully participate and enjoy the experience

Warm clothes and essentials she’ll need for the colder weather during the trip
