Help Angie and Matt Recover from Flood Loss

Donation protected
This is Angie and Matt.

Angie and Matt have the truest love I've personally ever seen. Their love of all things horror and spooky have created a bond so strong, not even Jack Torrance's axe could cut them apart.

For the past umteenth years, these two have been stuck in boring jobs, forsaking their dreams, in the hopes to eventually have enough saved to move out of Florida and pursue full time jobs as artists and craftsmen. The couple have created a name for themselves in convention circles and beyond as Freakshow Unlimited - a small business dedicated to art not for the faint of heart. Designing and creating the most outrageous horror and pop culture items - tiki mugs, hot sauces, ornaments, and more - they've created a company built on hardwork and risks.

This past year, Angie and Matt have focused all their efforts into building up stock, designing new merch and setting up to grow their small business. Among the chaos, they also took a huge step and were finally able to purchase a home in New York! A home to build on the foundations they've taken years to acrue.

On the morning of June 20, all they have worked for was found floating in their new New York basement after a massive rain storm caused flooding in their home. It's unclear how their newly waterproofed basement could suffer such damage, but the loss was clear immediately. Months and months of hard work, along with extremely expensive and specialty tools such as kilns, power tools and more - gone.

With their first convention after quitting their mainstream jobs just two months away and all their art ready to go, this flood cost not only damage to their home, but all the lost product was to be their sole source of income. All the hard work they've put in for YEARS, gone in a moment.

If you know Angie and Matt, you know how much they've given up to make their dreams come true.

They have a long road ahead of them with potential lawyer fees, trying to get back priceless pieces, and specialty items not easily found. If you have anything to give, please consider giving for them. Every little penny counts.
