**Help Me Recover from a Serious Hand Injury**

Dear friends and family,

I am reaching out with hope in my heart because I was bitten by a dog recently, and the injury to my dominant hand is extensive. The bite left slivers of bone in my hand that require surgery.

IMy insurance will cover a portion of the procedure, but I’m facing a $1.948 deductible before they’ll proceed with the surgery. After that, insurance will cover the remaining costs. I scheduled it for the 14th of October (next Monday).

Right now, my hand is unable to properly function because of this injury, and my hand’s healing depends on getting this surgery. The Dr. also has to do some sort of tendon reset too, so I will be out of work for a bit.
