Helping Angel heal fund

15-year-old Angelina “Angel” was assaulted and stabbed over 40 times while caring for an elderly friend/companion on Wednesday February 9th 2022 in Gwinnett GA. By the grace of God, Angel is alive and will recover! We; Angel's family and friends, are joining together in prayer, asking you to join us. Pray with us and help us with funding as Angel recovers from this tragedy.

Parents, Tabitha and Derenski woke to a phone call that horrible night. Discovering that their daughter Angel was hurt and on the way to the hospital barely surviving from a gruesome attack. That evening a male entered the elderly woman’s home attacking and assaulting Angel. Leaving her with wounds all over her body including face. Angel has had multiple surgeries including plastic surgery to repair the damage.

She is currently still in the hospital receiving medical treatment and is expected to make a full recovery, THANK YOU GOD! Due to the serious injuries, Angel will need to undergo physical therapy, counseling and more for years to come. Medical supplies and equipment are also needed for the home, including handicap assisting items. Health insurance only covers a percentage of the cost it takes to help Angel. Her parents have missed work and soon the bills will start to stack up. Recovery will be a long process and the family needs our help. With your donation all the money that is raised will go to helping pay for these expenses.

Some peace has come to the family knowing that the perpetrator has been arrested and charges have been made. Now the recovery journey begins.
