Angelina Corona has dreamed of becoming a doctor since she was just five years old. Instead of typical

bedtime stories, she would ask me to read from the medical terminology dictionary, fascinated by the language and world of medicine. Her passion for helping others and her determination to pursue a career in healthcare have only grown stronger over the years.

Now, Angelina has been accepted to the National Youth Leadership Medicine and Healthcare Summer Program in 2026. This prestigious program not only awards college credits for successful completion, but also offers a curriculum that allows students to practice real medical techniques.
