Help Angeli Rebuild After Stroke

Hi, my name is Angeli Benjamin, and earlier this year, in February 2025, my life changed in an instant when I suffered a stroke that left me with limited mobility on the right side of my body.

Since then, I’ve been on a long and difficult road to recovery. I spent several months in a rehab facility, where I worked hard every day to regain strength and independence. On June 18th, I was finally released to continue my recovery at home.

While I’ve made incredible progress, I still have a long journey ahead. Daily tasks and ongoing therapy continue to be challenging—but I’m determined to keep moving forward. Thankfully, a dear friend, Joleen, is moving from Texas to live with me and support me through this next phase of recovery. Her presence is a true blessing, but there are still many financial burdens we’re facing together.

Before the stroke, I was a full-time corporate counselor and Campus Director at Life Christian University—work that I was deeply passionate about. Unfortunately, with that income lost, it’s been difficult to manage living expenses, therapy costs, medical bills, and basic needs like meals.
