Hello, my name is Angela. I’m a mother currently working hard to build a better future for myself and my son.

Right now I’m halfway through my second semester of a five-semester dental hygiene program. Finishing school is extremely important to me because it will allow me to provide a stable and secure life for my child. Unfortunately, I am also going through a very difficult time personally. My husband and I are beginning the process of divorce, and I am trying to navigate becoming a single parent while continuing my education.

I am asking for help to stay in school and maintain a safe and stable environment for my son. Any funds donated would go toward essential living expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, my car payment, and daycare costs so I can attend school and clinicals.

If we are able to raise enough support, the funds would also help cover legal expenses related to the divorce, pay down medical bills and debt, and eventually allow me to move into a healthier home situation.

I know this is a lot to ask, but staying in this program is critical. Dental hygiene school is extremely competitive, and if I had to leave now, it would be very difficult to get another opportunity to finish. Completing this program would give me the ability to support my son as a single mother and create a better future for us both.
