In February 2024 Angela was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma with a biopsy of a tumor that was growing behind her left eye. Further scans and biopsies revealed tumors in her throat and lymph nodes under the left armpit. Because her father died of lymphoma when she was 21, Angela, who is now 75, has researched and strived to live a healthy lifestyle since then. Despite several genetic disadvantages she has been largely successful, remaining active, and working in her career doing research in child and family services at Portland State University until age 70 and engaging with numerous volunteer organizations and activities focused on making the world a better place and improving the lives of others.
Since February Angela has been receiving conventional as well as integrative naturopathic treatments and added numerous costly supplements and lifestyle protocols to her daily routines. She is doing all she can to regain her health; she feels she still has much to offer. But she has exhausted her resources and needs help with financing for continuing her healing journey. Please help as you are able. Every little bit counts. Thank you for your support.
