Help Angela and Family During Recovery

At the beginning of this week my mom, Angela Taylor, went into emergency abdominal surgery for what appeared to be either appendicitis or a perforated bowel. Instead, they found a congenital abnormality attached to her lower intestine called a Meckel's diverticulum. This "pouch" was kinking her bowels which led to a ruptured colon. She has been in the hospital since fighting off infection and working on getting better. My dad has been by her side every step of the way.

Luckily we had a vacation planned for next week so my mom is able to take the week off to rest and recover. Unfortunately, our vacation was canceled and my dad staying with Mom means he has also been out of work, so neither of my parents is getting paid during this time.

I am making this to give my parents just a little cushion for the weeks ahead. We have appreciated your thoughts and prayers during this time and will appreciate whatever you are willing to give!
