help Angel regain movement with life changing Procedure

My name is Angel, and I have been quadriplegic from a C1 spinal cord injury for a year and a half now, and have no movement. With this surgery, I am hoping to gain back some, if not all, of my movement to have a better quality of life. Any help at all is graciously appreciated.
