My name is Angel Reese and I need help with school/housing expenses.

A little bit about me - I am from Greenville, South Carolina. I am a second generation high school diploma and first generation college graduate. Currently, I am living in New Jersey, and going to grad school at The New York Academy of Art (another first for those generational goals). I have worked so hard to reach these goals, and I’m going to keep trying my hardest to finish my Master's degree in Fine Art, and to put it simply, I need help for my summer expenses.

Currently, things are more expensive and complicated than I anticipated they were going to be (keeping details of what's happened more private). To offset these complications, I am currently working at NYAA and was just hired at a part time job in Manhattan. I am also a teachers assistant two days a week for my school's summer residency programs. Update- As I don’t know how to update the donation reach on the actual amount I wanted to let everyone helping me know that I have reached 1/3rd of my goal!!! Update 06/02/25 - I have reached half my goal! This has helped me with bills for all of June! Now I just need help for July! I know everyone is having a rough time due to our political/economic environment, so just please please share as to reach as many people as possible!
