Hi! Meet our courageous 23-year-old son, Angel Ramirez. Angel was recently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Connecticut. He is a talented track athlete, enjoys music and playing his guitar, and loves to spend time with his family and friends. Angel brings smiles and laughter into any room he enters, is an everyday comedian, and is always thinking of others before himself. He truly spreads joy to those around him.

In June of 2023, life was forever changed for Angel when he was shockingly diagnosed with a large brain tumor at age 20. Angel underwent an intense brain surgery and was diagnosed with a grade IV astrocytoma, also known as a glioblastoma (GBM). Glioblastoma is a fast-growing and highly aggressive form of stage 4 brain cancer.

Since his surgery and diagnosis, Angel has been through countless treatments, including radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted medications. Angel's cancer has unfortunately progressed recently, and we are now continuing to pursue innovative treatment options. These treatments and medications are extremely costly.

We humbly ask for your help in Angel’s fight. These funds would help with Angel’s medical expenses and ongoing treatments.
