Help Angel Heal – Support for Medical & Living Expenses

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out with heavy hearts but hopeful spirits to ask for support for our beloved Angel Thompson, who is currently facing a serious health battle.

On Saturday, June 21, Angel was hospitalized after contracting Streptococcus Pneumoniae AG and Human Metapneumovirus — a rare and dangerous combination with an unknown cause. She has been in the hospital ever since, receiving around-the-clock care including high-flow oxygen (5 liters per minute), multiple breathing treatments, and a complex regimen of medications including steroids, antibiotics, muscle relaxers, and more.

Angel is also undergoing physical and occupational therapy daily as she works toward recovery. She’s been out of work since June 19, and at this time, doctors have not cleared her to return — making the financial toll of this medical crisis even heavier.

Angel is a dedicated pet groomer who has spent years caring for animals and the families who love them. Her job isn’t just a paycheck — it’s her passion. Being unable to work has not only affected her financially, but emotionally as well, as she misses the pets and people who brighten her days.

We are asking for your help to raise $10,000 to cover:

• Medical bills from the hospital stay

• Ongoing treatment, therapy, and medications after discharge

• Living expenses during recovery, including rent, car payments, insurance, phone, and groceries
