Help Angel Escape an Unhealthy Situation

My sweet friend and coworker, Angel, is such a ray of sunshine. He always has a kind thing to say, and can always make us laugh. Unfortunately, he is trying to get out of a domestically unhealthy relationship, and his ex boyfriend is now squatting in his apartment, refusing to leave. Because of Squatter’s Rights, there’s nothing Angel can do except break his lease and move. We all know how expensive it is to break a lease, and for Angel that will cost $2500.
