Angel is more than just a dog—she’s a certified service animal for my husband, who has been facing serious mental health and physical challenges that have taken him out of work. Angel has been his constant companion and support, bringing comfort and stability to our lives, especially during these difficult times.

Over the weekend, Angel started acting very unlike herself. She lost her usual energy, stopped eating and drinking, and began to just lay around all day. As her condition worsened, we knew we had to get her to a vet, even though we are currently homeless and have very limited funds. With the help of a kind friend, we managed to get her seen by a vet, where we learned she has a severe case of parvo. The treatment is expensive and could last anywhere from a week to three weeks, requiring daily trips for IV fluids and multiple medications.

Every bit of support we receive will go directly toward Angel’s vet bills, transportation costs, and the special care she needs at home—like puppy pads, special food, and drinks with electrolytes.
