Help Angel Battle Kidney and Heart Failure

Hey it’s Angel my lifelong type 1 diabetes has finally caught up with me as I face heart failure and stage 5 kidney failure there’s nothing left that my doctors can do for me in hospital so they’re sending me home as they try to figure out if there’s anything they can do to help me only this means I can’t work the only thing covered is my rent nothing else my utilities, medical co-pays, groceries I won’t be able to pay. asking for help is one of the hardest things I can ever do I have always taken care of myself. I only now I’m out options if I’m going to survive this and that is if I can, I can’t do it alone not this time.
