Help my best friend transition

My best friend Andy is one of the best people I have ever met in my life. He has struggled to start his physical transition in the past and I want to help make it possible for him to afford top surgery, to get started on hormones, and to legally change his name. He puts all of his friends before himself and I know he would never ask for help on something like this himself, so I got his blessing to start this page on his behalf. 
Our first goal is to get enough funding for top surgery and to get him with a gender therapist. He's been wearing a binder for many years that has caused him significant discomfort and getting this surgery with not only help with his dysphoria but also relieve many physical ailments(bruised ribs, chronic back pain, etc.) he has dealt with. 
Once we meet our goal for top surgery, all of our remaining funding will go directly to starting him on T and getting a legal name change. I want nothing more than for him to be able to get an ID with his real name on it. 
When we've been able to achieve all of this everything else will go to his college education. Andy is a theatre tech major and is so passionate about his art. His work off stage is gorgeous, he truly is behind making any show a masterpiece. Any left over funding will go directly to help him make his way in the theatre world that is currently struggling due to current eventsI will do anything to make this amazing person dreams come true so please help us. He is the most deserving person I've ever met.
