Support my fight against a rare paraganglioma

My story

To our friends, family, and kind-hearted community,

I am writing to you today with a challenging request, but one that is absolutely necessary for my health. I have been diagnosed with a dopamine-producing paraganglioma. This is a very rare neuroendocrine tumor that has turned my life upside down.

For my specialized treatment, I need to relocate 4.5 hours away from home. The medical team equipped to handle this rare condition is located in Kansas City at KU Medical Center, and this move is not something I can put off. While I am focusing on preparing for this medical journey, the financial burden of moving and living away from home has become overwhelming.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used to help cover:

* Relocation costs, including moving expenses and initial rent and security deposit for housing in KCK.

* Ongoing lodging and travel expenses for appointments and treatments.

* Medical expenses, including co-pays and costs not covered by insurance.

* Day-to-day living expenses while I am unable to work and focus on my recovery.

This journey is not one I ever expected to take, but I am determined to face it head-on. Any amount you can contribute will make a real difference in alleviating this stress and allowing me to focus on my treatment and healing.
