Help Andy Rebuild: New Bike, New Memories

Hi everyone, my name is Andy Jhair Vaquero — but many of you might know me as Onacomeuppp from YouTube, or just Andy. I’m 27 years old and I live in Brooklyn, New York. I work as a bike messenger, and I commute everywhere on my fixed gear track bike.
Cycling means the world to me. It’s opened doors to opportunities I never imagined and introduced me to a community of amazing people who share the same love for riding. I’ve been cycling for almost six years now, and I’ve always had a deep passion for fixed gear bikes. Through riding, I’ve formed friendships and experienced so many unforgettable moments.
On top of being a messenger, I’m also an up-and-coming YouTuber, so affording a new bike isn’t always easy. That’s why I’m reaching out today—with your help, I’m hoping to get back on the road with a new road bike and continue doing what I love.
Unfortunately, something really tough happened recently…
As you can see in the photos above, my beloved carbon track bike broke in half. This bike meant everything to me—it was my first carbon frame, my racing machine, my baby. I’ve ridden it to Philadelphia, Montauk, Croton Dam, 9W, Upstate NY... and I had so many more plans, including racing at the Harlem Skyscraper this year.
To make things worse, this was already the second Pinarello I’ve lost—the first one cracked at the chainstay. Pinarello has been my dream brand ever since I laid eyes on my white Pista track bike. These bikes aren’t just gear to me—they carry memories, joy, and a deep emotional connection.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to start a new chapter: my ROADIE journey.
I’ve got my eye on a beautiful road bike that could be the start of something great—races, longer commutes, new places to explore. With your support, I believe we can make this happen. I can’t wait to get back out there, ride even farther, and begin my road cycling career with a fresh mindset and a new bike.
It’s time for a ROADIE. Let’s get back on the road—together.
