Help Andy and Emilia to re-build their house

On September 29th, in the middle of the night Andy been woken up by the noise of heavy rain and dogs barking like crazy (they never do!) Minutes later a huge landslide fell down the side of property. Falling rocks hit the corner of the house, the back wall smashed into the kitchen. The building structure is damaged, the car parked at the back is almost fully submerged under 30-40-tonne pile of rocks.
They were very lucky that thet were all able to escape. Andy, Emilia, her daughter and Andy's mum (who is old lady with Azlheimer's) are now living in a local Pub (thank you Afon Duad Inn!). The house is not habitable at the moment.
The council can't do much, as it happened at the private property.
The insurance will not cover all of the costs.
Structural Engineer is not able to estimate the damage in building structure. Rocks need to be removed first.
They need money for the ground works, then to re-build the part of the house and also reinforce the slope so the story wouldn't happen again.
At the moment they urgently need a shipping container to move all of their belongings.
They moved to Wales three years ago willing to live happy life surrounded by animals (horses, dogs, goats, chickens and ducks), growing their own vegetables and doing some DIY. They put all of their savings, time and work into this `dream place on Earth` project. They are lovely people, friends you can always count on!!
