My name is Andriy and I am currently a junior in high school with a deep passion for engineering and robotics. I am thrilled to share that I have been accepted to the CIEE Global Navigators program, which will allow me to study Engineering and Robotics this summer in Tokyo, Japan. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from experts, immerse myself in a new culture, and bring back valuable knowledge to my robotics teams and school community.
I am actively involved in several robotics teams, including leading FTC, ROV, and SECME, and I dedicate much of my free time to clubs, preparing for state Hackathon competitions, and working a part-time job. On top of that, I am taking 14 college level classes in school and dual enrollment throughout the year. While I am committed to working hard and saving as much as I can, being a minor with a part-time minimum wage job makes it very challenging to cover the costs of this program on my own.
The funds raised will go directly towards my tuition for the program, my flight to Tokyo, and, if we surpass the fundraiser amount, any additional support will help with necessities like food and transportation while I am abroad. Any support you can offer will help me pursue my dream of studying engineering abroad and bring back valuable experience to my school and community. Thank you so much for considering a donation!
