My name is Clay Wilson, and I’m raising funds for my brother-in-law, Andrii Vorobiov — a devoted husband to Natasha and loving father to two boys, Serhii(14) and Aleksandr(10).

In 2014, Andrii and his family were forced to leave their home in Donetsk, in eastern Ukraine, because of the ongoing conflict. They moved west to Kyiv for a fresh start, leaving behind their home and many loved ones. Life slowly became normal again — Andrii started a small business, and his family was finding success and stability.

Then, in 2022, tragedy struck again. When Russia invaded Ukraine, the Vorobiov family had to uproot their lives once more — this time moving to another country entirely. They came to the United States through the United for Ukraine program, hoping for safety and the chance to rebuild.

Only a few months after arriving in the U.S., during the summer of 2022, Andrii began experiencing severe back pain. When the pain became unbearable, he went to the hospital, hoping for answers. What they learned was devastating: Andrii had been diagnosed with an aggressive, incurable blood cancer called multiple myeloma.

Doctors acted quickly, starting treatments and eventually performing a bone marrow transplant — a procedure that often leads to remission. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for Andrii. His cancer has returned, and this time it’s even more aggressive. He now faces an intensive treatment plan that will make it impossible for him to work for at least three months.

During this time, his wife Natasha will be his full-time caregiver, taking him to treatments, helping him recover, and caring for their boys. This means she will also be unable to work, leaving the family with no income during an already overwhelming battle.

We are humbly asking for your help to support Andrii and his family through this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go toward:
    •    Covering living expenses while both Andrii and Natasha cannot work
    •    Medical costs not fully covered by insurance
    •    Supporting Sergei and Alexander as they care for their dad

Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this campaign with others. Your kindness, prayers, and generosity mean the world to us.

Thank you for standing with Andrii in his fight.
