Help Andrew's family through his kidney disease journey

Hello, my name is Valerie. My husband, Andrew, has recently been diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease due to years of hypertension, and his kidneys just can't take any more strain. He's going to need to be put on dialysis or need a kidney transplant and can no longer work. I will be applying for disability for him, but until then, I'm asking with a heavy heart for any help you are able to give to help us with any bills until we get on our feet. Thank you so much!
