Help Andrew W Boss with a kidney transplant!

I am Amber, the big sis of Andrew W. Boss. This page has been started on his behalf. After a surprise battle with kidney disease for just over a year now (Nov 2023), he went into kidney failure on Christmas Day 2024. He has started 2025 off in need of a transplant. This will ultimately be the only thing that will save his life.

The goal of this fundraiser is to keep him around so his family can continue to have their dad and husband. He has 3 amazing kids and 1 due at the end of January. He has always been a can-do, adventurous, highly motivated person. He has been self-employed for years and has been making his way in the music industry that he has been so passionate about since he got his sax in elementary school. He brings laughter and confidence to the people around him and lifts the spirits of those he has entertained over the years.

Unfortunately for him, he does not have health insurance at this time, and this is the core problem. Not just that, he will obviously be out of work now that dialysis will require large chunks of his time 3 days a week, and his strong wife will need to take a leave of absence from her job when she has the baby. That will leave them with no income and definitely no way to pay medical expenses or meet requirements for the transplant list. To top it off, this family found out they will need to move in the next couple of months as the house they are currently renting is being put up for sale, and we all know the price of housing these days!

Large donations are not necessary to be able to help Andrew W. Boss and his family. Small efforts from people out there who know what it is like to struggle with day-to-day life and suddenly have everything turned upside down with a terminal diagnosis or a life-altering circumstance will be some of the most important contributors for this family.
