Help Andrew motorcycle accident

Hi .

I had a motorcycle accident. Someone went left off center and ran me off the road and never stopped or called it in. I laid in the ditch  broken and bleeding till a good Samaritan came along and called EMS. I broke 27 bones my back and neck included and also head a brain bleed.  Bills are piling up medical and from life. The help would be greatly appreciated
