Help Andrew Get His Sight Back

Three years ago I was diagnosed with a progressive  eye disease called Keratoconus, what this disease does is cause the corneas to bulge into a cone and become irregularly shaped often resulting in the thinning and scarring of the corneal surface. Because the cornea is irregular and cone shaped glasses dont really help correct vision in people like myself because they cant conform to the shape of my eye. What can help however is treatment with rigid contact lenses, the problem is these lenses have to made specially to fit my over my eye and are made with a hard gas permeable material making them much more expensive than regular contact lenses on top of not being covered by medical insurance. 

In my case the keratoconus has advanced so far that I essentially cant see anything without it looking heavily blurred and putting an immense strain on my eyes. Everyday activities such as reading, driving and even recognizing people have become increasingly difficult and Ive honestly been losing hope until I recently got fitted for rigid lenses and got a glimpse into what getting my sight back was like.

I hate to ask for help but I want to begin attending school again by the end of the year and I know I wont be able to unless I get these lenses. Slowly going blind honestly takes a toll and Id like to just start enjoying my life again.
