Now the immediate danger has passed, Mum and Dad are starting to come to terms with the monumental task of rebuilding their home.

And while insurance will get them part of the way there, it’s unlikely to cover everything, and it could take some time for that money to come through. 

In the meantime there is so much they need to organise. They’re putting on a brave face, but it’s pretty overwhelming. The only things that made it out of the house were the clothes on their back (and a couple of guitars).

They’ve been so overwhelmed with the offers of support and assistance they’ve received from friends all over the world. So many people have asked us what they can do to help, so we’re setting this up for those who want to help them get back on their feet as soon as possible.
