Rieke’s very own Andrea Enrile and her family lost everything in the recent Super Typhoon Tino in the Philippines in early November, 2025. Within minutes, their home, car, and all their possessions were swept away by the storm. Despite this unimaginable loss, Andrea and her family remain deeply grateful that they survived. Andrea shared, “We spent years building the house, but we spent years building our family, too. The house is ruined, but the family isn't. The real hard-earned thing we have left is the ability to just show up for each other every morning and figure out the next tiny step. That's the only real wealth that can't be washed away.”

Andrea’s words remind us all of what truly matters. As her colleagues at Rieke, we have been touched by her strength and perspective in the face of such hardship. We are organizing this fundraiser to support Andrea and her family as they begin the long process of rebuilding their lives. The funds raised will help them recover, providing much-needed assistance as they work to restore their home and replace essential belongings lost in the typhoon.
