Andrea Santiago, who uses a wheelchair, is facing another difficult setback. After her original van was stolen and later replaced through the city, the replacement van has now broken down.

Reliable, accessible transportation is essential for Andrea’s independence — from getting to work and attending medical appointments to handling everyday responsibilities. Without a working van that meets her accessibility needs, daily life becomes extremely challenging.
