Hi, I'm Andrea Danneker - a yoga instructor, transformational leader, early childhood teacher, and community builder! For years, I've dreamed of creating a space for people to come to move their bodies, be creative, have fun, go deep, and stay because they feel seen, supported, and inspired - a space where everyone belongs.

Root & Rise, A Community Centered Wellness Studio

In a world that feels increasingly disconnected, Root & Rise will be a sanctuary for rest, growth, and connection. We’ll offer:

• Yoga & meditation for building capacity, healing, and inner listening

• Parent-child classes that strengthen family bonds and build friendships

• Transformational coaching & workshops that take you in the direction of what you reallly want

• Dance cardio & joy-filled movement to have fun and let your Light shine

• Community events that bring people together across generations

Why I'm Asking for Support

I live a good life and am incredibly fortunate. I have stable housing, a supportive community, and a heart full of love and purpose. I want to acknowledge that privilege, and also be honest: the startup costs for a brick-and-mortar community space in Los Angeles are more than I can manage alone.

Instead of letting that stop me, I'm choosing to reach out and ask:
