Hi everyone,

I’m creating this fundraiser for my best friend from high school, Andi. If you know Andrea, you know she’s one of the strongest, most caring people out there.

A few weeks ago, Andi’s life changed overnight.

She went to the emergency room after developing a high fever and severe jaundice, only to receive devastating news. She was diagnosed with stage 3 lymphoma. Doctors found that the cancer had already spread beyond her spleen.

Since then, it’s been an incredibly difficult journey. Just one week after her diagnosis, Andrea was rushed back to the hospital with a serious kidney infection and complications affecting her heart rate. She has now been hospitalized for over a week, receiving multiple blood transfusions and intensive care.

Yesterday, she began chemotherapy.

Andi is a dedicated nurse who has spent her life caring for others. Now, she’s the one in the hospital bed, facing the fight of her life.

Because of her condition, Andrea is currently unable to work and has gone on disability. On top of everything, her health insurance is set to end in 10 weeks. She is deeply worried about how she will keep up with her mortgage, medical bills and basic living expenses during this time.

Andi is also a loving mother to four daughters, who are doing their best to stay strong while supporting her through this.

We are asking for help to ease the financial burden so Andrea can focus on what truly matters… healing.
