My friend Andrea and her son Colin have had a rough year medically. Colin was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation last year. Chiari malformation is a structural defect in the brain where the cerebellum is pushed through the opening at the base of the skull into the spinal canal. Colin recently had to have an emergency surgery performed because of his Chiari and is fortunately is on the mend. Unfortunately, surgery is expensive and insurance doesn’t cover everything. The bills are already starting to pile up and to make matters worse, Andrea is a single mother and the sole caregiver for Colin. She can’t hold a job due to attending medical appointments and caring for her son. We are making this page to help her with her bills. Anything will help. Thank you.
