On Sunday, August 3rd, our beloved Andre Johnson tragically passed away in a car accident in Spotsylvania County. He leaves behind two young children who were the center of his world. Andre’s love for his children was immeasurable, and he always referred to them as his “angels.” No matter what obstacles life threw at him, he was there for his kids, and his devotion to them never faltered.

For those who knew Andre, you know how much he treasured the moments he spent with his children. His daughter, in particular, would ask every morning, “Who’s picking me up today, you or Daddy?” or how many more days until she could go back to her dad’s house. These moments of joy and love are now memories, and his children face an incredibly difficult future without him.
