Hi, my name is Leigh and my sister Andi is dealing with cancer again. We recently found out that her treatments, five days a week for five weeks, will be done in Los Angeles, eighty miles away from us. We will need to pay for lodging and meals, something that we just cannot afford right now. I hate to ask, but we don’t know what else to do. We thought about sleeping in the car, but that would be too strenuous for Andi after radiation treatment and me with lupus and arthritis. We would appreciate any help you could give. I really do hate asking, I really do. To anyone reading this: I love you and really value your friendship.
