We’ve entered the next era of Anderson Custom Boats. Our new Oxnard factory unlocks bigger builds, faster turnarounds, and more capabilities.
After 23 years in Goleta, we stepped up to a larger factory in Oxnard to expand our capabilities and train the next generation of local builders. This new space lets us handle larger hulls, add precision fit‑out bays, and shorten delivery times for commercial, research, and custom projects. We’re excited to get to full stride, beginning with the first hull for the California Department of Fish & Wildlife, now complete at our builder in Maine.
To bring that hull home and kick off new projects in Oxnard, we’re asking our community to help us bridge a short timing gap created by the move and a delayed payment on a smaller job for Los Angeles County. Your support accelerates the momentum of this new chapter.
Goal: $40,000
$20,000 — Final payment to the hull builder (Maine)
$15,000 — Over‑the‑road transport of the completed hull to Oxnard
$5,000 — Immediate fit‑out materials (resins, core, fasteners, consumables)
What your gift powers right now:
The arrival of our first CA Fish & Wildlife hull in Oxnard
Immediate start of construction and fit out in dedicated spaces in our new facility
On‑time progress toward two research vessels that serve California waters
We’ll share transparent updates:
Confirmation of the builder payment
Transport booking and pickup date in Maine
Arrival at Oxnard and the first fit‑out milestones—with photos from the shop floor
Community thank‑you:
Donors are invited to our Oxnard Open House. As a small thank‑you, we’ll have limited‑run Anderson Custom Boats t‑shirts available for GoFundMe supporters while supplies last.
If you can’t donate today, please share this page with your network—your boost helps us keep building for California.
Thank you for fueling the next era of Anderson Custom Boats.
Everyone here at Anderson custom boats thanks the community from the bottom of our hearts for their continued support.
