Help and Support Michelle LeClair's Treatment and Recovery

In the early morning of Christmas Day, Michelle was taken to Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden to undergo emergency brain surgery. She has recently been feeling unusually tired and struggling to keep her footing. Initially, we attributed these symptoms to her recent diagnosis of uterine cancer and the side effects of her new medication and diet changes.

The surgery was a success, but Michelle now faces a long road to recovery. She will need extensive therapy, and follow-up treatments, and will be unable to work during this time. Additionally, she is scheduled for another critical surgery at the end of next month to clear her of the cancer.

The medical bills are piling up, and the costs of ongoing care are overwhelming. On top of her own expenses, Michelle’s mother, Rose, has had to take time off from work to care for her, adding to the financial strain. We are reaching out to our community for support.
