Help and support Dawn through her Pancreatic Cancer journey.

In late October '24 Dawn was diagnosed with stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer after multiple tests to find the cause of extreme pain and discomfort. After further testing the mass was found to be more than 4 CM in size and had grown around and encased the Superior Messenteric Artery making it inoperable. Because the mass can't be removed due to location she has been given the shocking news that she only has a time frame of 18 to 24 months left with us if she does Chemotherapy to try to slow the process down.

Dawn is the Mother of 3 adult children (myself included) and the Grandmother to 2 boys who are 10 and 7. She's been given this news at only 51 years of age. Although the prognosis is difficult to accept she has vowed to fight hard and live her life to the fullest before her journey on Earth is done.

This fundraiser has been created to help her focus on treatment without added stress. We hope that it will help with loss of income as she is unable to work at her place of employment. The funds will be used for medical needs, gas to get to/from treatments and appointments and for anything not covered by insurance. Your support would also go towards maintaining utility bills, care for the pets that rely on her, basic needs such as food and when the time comes, the final expenses and arrangements. We would also love to be able to use some for creating memories and crossing a few things off her bucket-list.
