Help grow sushi business in small town HotSprings

Hi, My name is Izumi.

This is my 3rd year making sushi.

I live in a small town called Hot Springs it's only 500 population.

I started making sushi when I moved here.

I have worked sushi restaurant since 2000 so I have a pretty good experience and I'm Japanese.

We moved here to Montana for the rock quarry business but the true story we got scammed.

So I started making sushi.

Now, many people in town order sushi from me.

I also started opening sushi once a week at one of travel destination.

You see from the photo I don't have any equipment for my business.

I really need help with starting a sushi business but I don't want to open a restaurant.

What I want to do is sell sushi from a food truck and grow my business.

I need a food truck and equipment.
