Help and Healing for the Family of Lindsey Keller
Donation protected
On April 6th, Anthony Chasse’s fiancé, Lindsey Keller, their son, Leo, their unborn child and Lindsey’s mom, Nikki Keller, were in a horrible life changing car accident. They were rear ended on Highway 8 and 1025 in Knox, Indian.
Lindsey’s Jeep rolled over and by the grace of God Leo only suffered minor scratches. Nikki has severe bruising and fractured ribs.
However, Lindsey had to be air lifted to Memorial in South Bend. She suffered a broken neck with a shattered vertebrae that was pressing against her spinal cord, a cracked vertebrae and a broken rib. Lindsey underwent a 5 hr surgery on April 7th to repair her vertebraes, one replaced the other was fused, and their was a plate inserted to hold the vertebraes in place and a coating applied on her spinal cord. This surgery will hopefully prevent any further damage.
This accident has left Lindsey with limited mobility on her right side. We are hopeful that with extensive rehab and therapy she will regain full use of her limbs.
Lindsey’s therapy and rehab will probably take an entire year with countless trips to and from the hospital and Dr appointments.
Lindsey won’t be able to work, run after and care for Leo and Rowyn the way she would have had this not happened. This will also cause her current pregnancy to be incredibly difficult.
Anthony, Lindsey and their little family will need a lot of help. Linny will need help at home, rides to and from dr/rehab. They have lost their only family car. With only one income it will grow incredibly harder and harder for them to maintain their household.
We are asking friends, family and our community to help this family thru this difficult time. Any amount of donation makes a huge difference and is greatly appreciated.
